1. Introduction

Welcome to Lead Trigger, a service provided by In Site Global LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Lead Trigger application and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). 2. Use of Our Services

2.1 Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Lead Trigger, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

- Using Lead Trigger to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.

- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the operation of Lead Trigger, including by transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership:

All content, features, and functionality available through Lead Trigger, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of In Site Global LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License:

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Lead Trigger for your personal and business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the application or its contents.

4. Payment and Subscription

4.1 Fees:

Some features of Lead Trigger may be available on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time.

4.2 Billing:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with our cancellation policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal.

4.3 Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, In Site Global LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Lead Trigger, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless In Site Global LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Lead Trigger or your violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Lead Trigger at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Lead Trigger will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which In Site Global LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of Lead Trigger after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
